How will I receive my report?
By law, your report is required to be submitted to you in a written format. We take it a few steps further by using the digital reporting software Spectora. Spectora allows us to create digital reports with photos, videos, and detailed notes.

Will you be available to answer questions about the inspection report?
YES! Our job is never finished, and once you are a client with us, you are always a client. We uniquely offer a video conference follow-up to go line by line over the report findings and answer any comments, questions, or concerns you may have.

What if I am not completely satisfied?

Repair Estimates
With every Home Inspection we perform, we also submit our findings to the service Major Domo. With this service, we are able to provide repair estimates quickly and accurately.
